I know you all are thinking …”Hmmm what can I do to celebrate this wonderful occasion?” We all deserve a little something for surviving another tax season, right? I just completed my 15th tax season with Drake and I must confess, I’ve selfishly considered the idea of rewarding myself.   2. This is my 6th Tax Season with Drake and I couldn’t be happier. The nickle and diming to death of ProSeries drove me crazy. I only have 350 clients and prepare taxes as a second job, out of my house, so I needed the most efficient solution possible. Well, Drake was the answer and will always be the answer. No more Intuit lies and poor service. I use to wait 2 hours on the phone for tech support. It was shameful. Now I get help before the phone rings three times. I love Drake!

    i’ve used Drake for at least ten years and have had absolutely no problems with it.
    However 2010 was my last tax season due to health issues. If there is any one in southeast Michigan who would like my clients
    (about 200) please contact me.

    The best thing that makes Drake the best is cu;stomer support. ;it is correct that before the third ring, phone is ;picked up by a live person. Usually the problem is resolved. Rarely it cannot in the first instance . but you can always email the return. I hope Drake will continue to focus on the customer support.

    I’ve renewed already. Second year of Drake and very pleased.

    Leaving for Disney World in 23 days! Looking forward to 8 fun filled days there with my husband and our 6 year old son. They deserve a break from tax season just as much as I do. This was a hard season on the entire family.

  14. In business since 1988, wih Drake since 1996. Definitely renewing. Customer support, customer support, customer support. Can’t say it enough. In this crazy climate of outsourced support and automated attendants it’s simply amazing to have a real live human answer the phone, be able to understand them, and get your issues resolved.
